Is date modification possible?

Absolutely! You can change your date up to two times, provided that you give us at least a 45-day advance notice. No additional fee is charged.

What is your policy regarding event cancellation?

In case events are rescheduled within 45 days, the full payment for perishable items is required. However, we always strive to accommodate your needs and find the best solution together.

Hovv does the billing process work?

Our billing process includes a down-payment of 50%, as well as a final payment of the remaining 50% no later than 24 hours prior to your event.
